Welcome to our March update!

Korporatio aims to create a new generation of cutting edge, truly global businesses, led by entrepreneurs who are citizens of the world. A new era in which everyone is empowered to incorporate, innovate and realise their dreams.

GENERAL

After the last update, we have decided to keep the ‘GENERAL’ session. Think of it as an overview of what happened during the past month and what you will find in the specific sections.

Personally, we’ve been  in such a full-steam delivery mode that I forgot the last time I was in this kind of a hurry to write something. Realising this also serves as a reminder that a lot is  happening every single day. Everyone in the team is pushing very hard to make Korporatio better and better.

DEVELOPMENT

You read about this last month, we promised we’d deliver, and now it is time to show we walk our talk. Dashboard Version 2.0 is finally live!

All new clients are going to be automatically on-boarded on this new version. One of the best parts of Version 2.0  is the fact that we will be able to update it and deploy new features directly inside the dApp. This means we don’t need to make any changes in the cap-table of the company, shares structure or changes in the M&A. We are still trying to decide how our the future updates would  happen: either as automatic upgrades or based on user confirmation. As usual, we would love to hear your feedbacks to make the best decision for all of you!

New version also means a new demo. Like before,  we will give the chance to whomever wants to play with the dashboard. The rules are still the same. Login to your metamask wallet, click on‘the demo’-button on the top right corner, send a membership request – and you’re in!

 

JURISDICTIONS

March has marked two important milestones for the Smart Company model. The first is already public, you may have already read about it – if not, just be in the know that  you can now incorporate a Smart Company in Saint Vincent and The Grenadines as second option next to Seychelles. The second milestone is not yet public. Be sure to follow us on Twitter as we will announce our third jurisdiction very soon.

As these three jurisdictions have already been confirmed, we are now working to start a pilot in the 4th one. Our strategy is to keep following this model for offshore countries. This way, we are able to generate a snowball-effect and gain as many countries as required.

 

MARKETING

On the marketing side, we have some fresh news as well. First things first, Korporatio was featured on our very first podcast on Distruptor Daily. It was a lot of fun, even if it was recorded at 3am. Hopefully there will be many more opportunities like this.

Following these first-timers, we also had our first full article all dedicated to Smart Companies without having journalists asking any questions.  Does this mean we are finally starting to populate the web enough for the first wave of curious minds to start exploring Smart Companies? We’ll see 😉
