Seychelles Company for non-residents

Flexible entity structure

As a non-resident, the company structure for you is an International Business Company or better known as IBC. This is one of the most common company types in the Republic of Seychelles, also the most versatile.

Only one shareholder and one director is required to set up a company. And yes, these both can be the same person. All nationalities are accepted and there are no requirements for local directors. Moreover, both natural individuals as well as corporate bodies can also be shareholders of this type of company in Seychelles. No mandatory auditing or tax filing as long as the company keeps its accounting records.

Seychelles company as a legal structure is designed to accommodate a wide range of business models and operations. From legal liability purposes to cross-border international trade, estate planning and tech startups, this island nation deserves to be on every entrepreneur’s radar.

Zero corporate tax

Seychelles has a Territorial Tax System which means that all corporate income sourced outside its country borders are subject to 0% corporate tax. This same exemption applies to dividends, capital gains, interests and stamp duties on business transactions.

In order to comply with this law, make sure your company

    • does not carry business operations within the borders of Seychelles
    • doesn’t own property or real estate in Seychelles
    • may not operate certain businesses without appropriate licenses (e.g banking, insurance etc.)

However, it is important to remember that while your business may not be subject to Seychelles corporate tax, you, as a foreign citizen, may be subject to resident taxes in your home country in accordance with your domestic tax regulations.

Privacy and confidentiality

Today privacy matters more than ever before.  Apart from the first director(s), the identities and personal information of your shareholders, directors and beneficial owners are not part of the public record. The Registrar of Companies in Seychelles  does not require any data about the beneficial owners of your company, only KYC verification.

To add another layer on the privacy aspect, Seychelles is an independent jurisdiction. Therefore, it does not share or report information to external countries or organizations, nor is it subject to the EU Savings Tax Directive. This means the country can be considered relatively free of political pressure in regards of information disclosure.

Cost-effective and fast

Your Seychelles company can be set up under 48 hours. No paid-up capital required and no par value stock is accepted, which means minimum financial commitments needed from your side.

In conclusion, Seychelles offers one of the best value-price ratios of all our jurisdictions. To incorporate here, you just simply do it by submitting this form.
